Baking and decoration of gingerbread in the Czech country has a long-lasting tradition beginning in the 14th century. Gingerbread has undergone lots of changes; his popularity is still the same, though. Particularly on feasts such as Christmas and Easters you may find almost every Czech family eagerly baking and icing.
In our Museum you may find works of 15 best Czech bakers. Each of them has her own style of icing and a recipe which she keeps in secrecy.

Apart from gingerbread our store also offers a wide range of Czech marzipan figures, gingerbread desserts, and Czech spa wafers of all flavours and favourite chocolate rolls which accompany every Bohemian from his childhood.
Sweet assortment is complete only with a special set of Czech porcelain from the traditional Czech company Český porcelán a.s. The porcelain is being made and decorated in small series; some of them are even utterly unique. Rolling pins and other porcelain pieces cannot be found anywhere else.
